On our ‘Sustainable Vancouver Tour,’ we first meet Katherine Carol who takes us on a tour of Granville Island! This in-door, organic farmer’s market is incredible! Then we find Chef David Hawksworth of West Restaurant who takes us with him on his quest for the freshest, sustainable seafood and produce at Granville Market. Afterwards we tool over to West Restaurant and meet Bryan Hopkins, restaurant manager. Bryan shows us around the restaurant while telling us the story of how it all came to be.
